TWO QUALITIES YOU MUST HAVE TO BE EXCELLENT SINGER OR MUSICIAN!

There are two very Important qualities the best singers, pianists (musicians) possess; these qualities are interrelated. What is the difference between a good singer or pianist and a great one? It’s never giving up, pushing through and perfecting the challenges in a song.

The first quality is an excellent work ethic. Every singer and musician have encounter challenges in most songs. What separates the best from the rest is that they persevere through the challenge and they don’t give up. Having the fortitude and drive to work through a difficult area in a song and practice it until it’s perfect is what makes the difference between good and great!

The second quality is paying close attention to details in a song, find the tiny issues and fix them. Don’t just gloss over and think it’s ok, do your best, pay attention to the details t and you will sound the best! Once you have recognized the tiny problem areas, have the work ethic to fix them. The best musicians are able to recognize the small intricacies of a song and correct those mistakes with practice.

Whether you are wanting to be a professional or a casual singer or pianist, having a good work ethic, paying attention to details and not giving up, but instead fixing the problems (which is part of work ethic) will be a valuable tool not matter what you are doing. These qualities are great characteristics to work on and make them a part of whatever you are doing.
